TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The room rate includes breakfast and TAX
2. To guarantee the room the hotel requires:
   - type, number and expiration date of your credit card
   or
   - prepayment by bank transfer (after the pro-forma invoice is issued).
3. The confirmation of hotel reservation will be sent to your e-mail address directly.
4. All the cancelation conditions will be sent with the confirmation by the hotel.

In order to make our offer even more attractive, we provide free 24-hour car park on the MTP grounds (in front of the exhibition pavilion) to those of you who accept our accommodation proposal.
